The service was extremely pleasant from the very beginning — a nice conversation with the receptionist, filling out a questionnaire, and shortly after that I was invited into the office. Dr. Radosław was very kind and an absolute professional from the very start. He examined my teeth thoroughly, took jaw photos — something I had never experienced before, even though this wasn’t my first visit to a dental clinic. I had been to a clinic in Gniezno, and they never performed such a detailed examination. Everything was discussed and explained clearly — how the treatment will look, what steps will be taken, everything calmly and thoroughly. Dr. Radosław noticed a slight clicking in my jaw and immediately addressed it, explaining the cause… In other clinics no one ever mentioned it, no one even noticed. Pure professionalism 👍👍👍👍. The patient-caretaker system is also a great solution (Ms. Ania is a very kind person) — you contact her directly instead of calling the reception, where in other clinics you can be trying to reach them endlessly.
